These 5-groove black inserts are a soft density and provide a rounder tire profile. Works well with sidewall stiffeners by providing a soft middle with the firm outer sidewall. Most of the DIALED-RC unglued tires come with the yellow inserts inside. The high density foam inserts can be reused several times if kept dry.
