GripGuide is a free web app that helps 1/8 off-road racers pick the right tire and compound for their track. Instead of guessing or digging through charts, you filter by your track surface and temperature, and GripGuide shows you what works, including DIALED-RC tires and compounds.

It covers the brands racers actually run, breaks down compounds by grip and conditions, and lets you log your race sessions so you can remember what worked last time you were at the track. It runs right in your phone's browser, no app store needed, and works at the track even when service is spotty.

DIALED-RC is happy to announce that we are now a dealer for Ultimate Racing Engines.

The new MXR v2 .21 Nitro Engines made by O.S. is now in stock. This is the same engine that Dakotah Phend has used for the last year except with red anodizing instead of orange. Includes the Airmax High Flow air filter for maximum engine power.
 
The MXR v2 Team Edition is hand assembled and pre-broken in by the Ultimate Racing Factory using a dyno so that every engines is exactly the same and fully broken in. Although the engines does not need any further break in, they recommend idling 1 tank to lubricate and seat all the parts, and running 2 tanks on the track with a rich top end carburetor setting before putting a full race tune on the engine to be safe.
 
The 2141 pipe is the Ultimate Racing Smooth pipe for a linear power band and recommended for small tracks. The 2142 pipe is the Power pipe for maximum bottom and top end power. Both pipes are super strong and provide the best fuel mileage.

DIALED-RC Tire Prep Before Gluing:

*Updated 12-2-24

We now recommend using 100% Simple Green non-diluted/concentrated formula to clean all DIALED-RC Tire beads and wheels before gluing. Wait for them to completely dry before adding glue.
DO NOT USE BRAKE CLEANER OR ACETONE!
DO NOT USE A TIRE JIG - it will not work with DIALED-RC Cobra Wheels!
Glue by hand only and do pull back method to ensure the entire bead gets enough glue.
Do Not use small gluing bands - they push out too much glue and can cause failures.
*Please disregard all previous recommendations. This one is simple and works 100% of the time.

 

We recommend using DIALED-RC Professional Tire Glue and DIALED-RC 1/8 Tire Bands for both buggy and truggy tires.
