Want to know if your order has shipped yet?

 

Wondering what the tracking numbers are for your orders?

 

It’s simple to find the answer to all these questions. Just log into your account, click on “Your Orders”, click on the order number you want, then click on “Recent Status Changes”.

 

If your order says “Confirmed”, that means we received it and will be pulling it soon.

If your order says “Shipped”, that means it’s on the way to you now.

If your order says “Pending”, that means your payment method was Declined. Please try to checkout again with another form of payment.

 

*Note: the shipping address must match the billing address on file with your bank or PayPal account to prevent CC fraud. If you need your order shipped to a different address, we require you to pay with a wire transfer. Contact us for further details.

 

*If you have an emergency and need your order shipped asap, be sure to choose “Rush Processing” for a small additional fee, and your order will skip to the front of the line.
